I highly recommend ITFix2U for any IT support needs that seem too challenging to tackle on your own. It feels nothing is too challenging for Ranjith, the owner. Not only is he highly skilled at diagnosing and fixing issues, but he also goes above and beyond the scope of his work. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my laptop; in my case, it turned out to be primarily a thermal paste issue, even though I had assumed the dirty fans were to blame for the constant loud noise; and shared his passion for IT in a way that was easy to understand. One thing I really appreciated is that Ranjith doesn’t charge by the hour. Instead, we agreed on a set cost for the repair, and he took as much time as needed to do the job right. There was no rush, no cutting corners, just genuine care, quality work, and great customer service. The results speak for themselves: my laptop now runs perfectly, the fan is quiet, and I have peace of mind knowing it was fixed properly. The before-and-after pictures tell the story. GREAT service and very helpful. Sent a email query and less then 5min got a phone call, booked a call out with in the hour solved all issues and then some... Got kids wifi back up and the mrs got her cameras working correctly, happy days will definetly use again couldnt recomand highly enough. Thanks Ranj saved me a whole lot of heart ache.

He was punctual, positive, polite and readily explained issues and how to rectify them. Now my laptop is all sorted and I am very thankful for the work he put into achieving that.
