To be honest, if it wasn't for Nona, we wouldn't have known what to do, as this was our first time dealing with such a situation. My grandfather is quite frail, so we were worried about the ride, but their vehicle was well maintained and provided a very smooth journey. I am so grateful to have found this non-emergency transportation service! Nona was absolutely wonderful! Once my surgery started, she was checking with the hospital to see when I would be ready to go home. Nona was so kind and caring getting me from the hospital to taking me up and in to my condo. This company appears to have gone out of business. The website is still accepting appointments and sending email confirmation of appointments, but then, they do not show up.

Tatiana and Eddy were AMAZING. They were punctual and treated my father with such compassion. This was our first time needing this service, and they, along with the wonderful scheduler (I'm sorry I forgot her name) made it a great experience under the circumstance of requiring transportation with a stretcher. Being someone that currently works in the healthcare industry, they show what true healthcare at every step should be. I will definitely use again if needed, and will certainly recommend to my patients and their families. Words cannot describe the unbelievable passion of Tatiana and Nona. You immediately feel their beautiful hearts and how much they really care about their passangers. Their patient, understanding and consistency is beyond no other. They have removed the stress of trying to get my dad and his wheelchair to doctors appointments and anywhere else I need.
