ITDV Non Emergency Medical Transportation

IDTV were wonderful. Nonna is lovely and it was so easy. The driver Alex was great! There was a terrible storm and he called to let us know he would be a little late but still got us to our appointment on time. It was worth the money not to have to worry and make taking my 95 year old Mom to get hearing aids in a wheelchair effortless. I will definitely use them again!

Finding reliable wheelchair transportation in Ft. Lauderdale is incredibly difficult to do. I emailed many companies many of which said no wheelchair access or they never replied. My husband and I came down to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. We stayed at a hotel first and last nights before heading back to Boston. We were so happy with ITDV. From their quick and close communication with us, learning about their services, signing their thorough contract and hopping on the van; we were very pleased. Our van driver, a lovely pleasant woman. She knew wheelchair accessible tourist things to do. She brought us all over Ft. Lauderdale. She was on time and got us to where we needed to go each and every time. We will be coming back to Ft. Lauderdale in the winter or early spring and we will be calling ITDV for wheelchair transportation services. Thank you ITDV, you made our trip special!

I wish I could select 10 ⭐️, because I received A++ service today.. They was punctual and professional , I arrived at my appointment early and when finished the driver was waiting on me. Nice clean van and the A/C was perfect 👌🏾
