Officially handed off the keys to Jodi!!!!💖 This year I was officially certified as an agent for the buy now sell later program, as well as all cash buyer program. Yes you heard that right …my clients all have the opportunity to be all cash buyers. They can also buy their next home before selling their current home. Jodi was able to close on her new home today, and doesn’t list her house until Friday. This allowed her to start shopping before selling and has made the selling and buying experience much more enjoyable! Seems to good to be true.. but it’s true👍 excited to offer this option to all of my clients.
