It was only by accident that I found myself sitting in the friendly atmosphere of Ryan Isaac’s office in Bury St Edmunds. One morning in December 2023 I purely by chance got into conversation with one of his staff, who lived in a house neighbouring the maisonette I have long wanted to sell. A few days later the property was on the market and remarkably after only a short period Ryan had found a buyer. This buyer stuck with it and three months or so later the sale was completed. Keeping in contact with Ryan was easy - phone, whatsapp, email. I always had a prompt response. This made the whole process of a house sale, an anxiety-inducing experience, much less stressful. Following on from my effective dealings with Ryan, I am planning to hand over other management tasks to his company.

After our house flooded and being under significant time pressures to move, Ryan absolutely went above and beyond to expedite the process as much as possible. His assurances were always backed up by robust actions. All our queries were dealt with efficiently, Ryan’s communication was excellent - always responding quickly and often into the evening.
