Our company had struggled to find a reliable computer and software service provider. We had struggled with constant hardware and software problems for several years and the service providers were not always available when we needed them. We were introduced to IS&T in 2011 and signed up with them for their services. IS&T came in and evaluated our existing hardware and systems. IS&T worked within our budget to update equipment, software, and our confidence. When things needed updating or repairs IS&T explained our options and we always felt comfortable with their technicians and their overall customer service. They were always available when we needed them to fix something. IS&T never pressured us to buy expensive hardware or software upgrades and when we needed upgrades we were offered options that met our budget. We are glad we hired them.

I have used IS&T for 2 major projects and several minor projects. Each time we call on them for help, they deliver. The most important detail to me is that my contact, Scott Lard, asks the questions to understand my business and the unique features of it. This leads to knowledgeable questions from him and his team which in turn then reduces the amount of gotchas and rework that can occur in any build. IS&T has always kept me informed about the upcoming changes to the software so that we can stay up to date with the look and feel of our products. We will always count on IS&T to help us develop our systems and solve our issues.
