Our company had struggled to find a reliable computer and software service provider. We had struggled with constant hardware and software problems for several years and the service providers were not always available when we needed them.
We were introduced to IS&T in 2011 and signed up with them for their services. IS&T came in and evaluated our existing hardware and systems. IS&T worked within our budget to update equipment, software, and our confidence.
When things needed updating or repairs IS&T explained our options and we always felt comfortable with their technicians and their overall customer service. They were always available when we needed them to fix something.
IS&T never pressured us to buy expensive hardware or software upgrades and when we needed upgrades we were offered options that met our budget.
We are glad we hired them.
