Irrigation and Lighting Management

Ended up paying nearly $1000 to have my irrigation system work just as poorly as it did before they came out. They didn’t fix the problem but had no problem sending invoices over. They came back out two other times because I told them the system continued not to work but nothing changed after they “fixed” the issue. I honestly feel like my system worked better before they came out. Disappointing because the guys that came out were nice and seemed like they wanted to do well, but nothing has been solved. Eventually they just stopped responding to my emails because they had already sent the invoice over and were going to get my money regardless. Please use another company, your wallet and irrigation system will greatly thank you.

Did what they supposed to do Met my timeline on the day scheduled as requested. A rare thing in Charlotte. They did a great job. The only thing i would suggest is your tech not being so technical with his terminology. Can't remember what term he used but he was just referring the cut off valve under the house. I had to think twice about what he was saying then had to ask him if this was what he was referring. He was like yes.

My new irrigation company! Mack was great! My old irrigation company didn’t show twice. I needed winterizing asap to protect from the freezing temps. They fit me in. Knowledgeable and reliable- thanks!

Irrigation and Lighting Management have been amazing. They have helped with us black flow testing, multiple irrigation leaks and a spring tune up on our system. Everyone who has worked on our account has been incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jo was a pleasure to work with on scheduling and issue resolution. Highly recommend.

Incompetent and overcharged. A backflow shutoff test would confirm whether the leak in the yard is from domestic line or irrigation involved, but they spend hours on digging wasted time and money just to confirm it's not irrigation leak. Oh, and they charge by hours spent. Stay away from these shady business people.

We have used Irrigation and Lighting Management for several years. They have handled our yearly winterization and spring start-up and have done repairs as needed. They respond to our requests quickly and they have never disappointed us. We highly recommend them.
