Did a good job but scheduling is difficult and they don't confirm appointments until same day or provide an accurate window of when they will arrive. The communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. No updates on timing (I had to reach out to them) and then nothing to make up for the lack of communication and inconvenience of losing a half day waiting for them.

My first time using I&L and I will for sure use them again. They were quick to respond. Showed up on time. Respectful of our property. And very kind!!!

We started with this company about 2 years ago and each contact has been quick, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Great experience, highly recommend! Called on Fri because of a leak and they sent someone to stop leak until permanent fix could be determined. Permanent fix required extensive repair. Provided a quote and when work took a lot longer to do (3x!!) than quoted (due to pesky rocks and roots that could not have been foreseen), they absorbed some of that overage in labor costs. Very professional and consistently did what they said they would do and when. Thank you!
