Did what they supposed to do Met my timeline on the day scheduled as requested. A rare thing in Charlotte. They did a great job. The only thing i would suggest is your tech not being so technical with his terminology. Can't remember what term he used but he was just referring the cut off valve under the house. I had to think twice about what he was saying then had to ask him if this was what he was referring. He was like yes.

The irrigation and lighting company was excellent to work with from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they always kept me updated throughout the process. The team worked quickly and effectively, completing the job without cutting corners. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable compared to all other companies I looked into. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to SEVEN irrigation companies saying the exact same thing. Only THREE responded (typical.. exactly why I reached out to so many). Irrigation and Lighting Management not only responded first, they were the ones that could come out NEXT DAY. (The other 2 companies were out 30+ days for a simple connection and repair.) My experience with Irrigation and Lighting Management only got better from there. Their pricing is reasonable, not cheap, not crazy. Their communication and management of the project, even with an unexpected issue that was not their fault, were impeccable. They called, texted, emailed, even sent me videos and photos to better explain the issue and their work. This is the ONLY company I will call with any future lighting or irrigation needs. Special shoutout to Jo who was absolutely fantastic in communicating with me and getting things done. I have an old irrigation system that required updating Mac irrigation lighting, came out and told me the issues that needed to be dealt with and including most of which I actually knew ahead of time that it needed a leak meter or whatever that is and a rain meter for the city and also there are some new heads that need to be changed out because we are changing some of the focus errors that we wanted to water But they did a great job. They’re very responsive and everything is working perfectly. They’ve been taken over running the irrigation system it’s one of those it can be done over the Internet and I can’t you wanna make a change all I gotta do is call him and tell him you know we don’t need as much water on the area or whatever and I’ll set it up it’s nice Service nice people. I recommend Irrigation Lighting for their integrity quality of people and work. I can’t speak much for Lighting cause I didn’t have them do any lighting but if you have an irrigation need, give them a call with that hesitation. Norden M Weingarten MD Charlotte, NC
