My new irrigation company! Mack was great! My old irrigation company didn’t show twice. I needed winterizing asap to protect from the freezing temps. They fit me in. Knowledgeable and reliable- thanks!

Did what they supposed to do Met my timeline on the day scheduled as requested. A rare thing in Charlotte. They did a great job. The only thing i would suggest is your tech not being so technical with his terminology. Can't remember what term he used but he was just referring the cut off valve under the house. I had to think twice about what he was saying then had to ask him if this was what he was referring. He was like yes.

Quick. Fast. Efficient. I got a letter from the city saying I needed to get my backflow inspected. They gave me a list of companies. I called several _ no answer.
