The crew has always been prompt, courteous and professional doing a great job but maybe a bigger reason is the way Jo in the office takes care of her clients. I’m a fairly new customer with Irrigation & Lighting Management (my former irrigation company merged with I & L Management.) and so far the service has been very good. We had construction on our house and I was pretty sure several sprinkler heads were damaged. The service tech that came out was great—very professional and took the time to show me what was going on and then he repaired them. I also appreciate the advance notice they give to schedule winterizing or turning on the system. Customer service in the office has been great and very professional. I would definitely recommend I & L Management.

The company has been to my home on a few occasions. Their work is always excellent. It is hard to find someone that does quality work. They have also done work for our HOA.

Working with ILM has been a delight. They are responsive when I request services and arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment. They do NOT provide services that are not needed. When restarting the irrigation service after years of non-use, they fixed the parts that needed to be fixed (other companies wanted to redo the entire irrigation service). Highly recommend!!

Use them for our irrigation system. Turning off the system is pretty straight forward but the last time they turned it on, I was very impressed. They checked all the nosels and replaced broken ones. They even uncovered ones I didn't know existed. Happy to continue to use them going forward!

Tim and company have been great to work with. They are responsible about shutting down and opening up the system every year and respond quickly when called about a problem such as a leaky valve. We had a difficult to find lead 2 years ago and they stayed on it until it was resolved.

ILM provided great service from the first call to schedule an appointment to job completion. Friendly staff! 🙂Charlotte called prior to visit to gather info and to provide possible costs associated with visit. She came and took care of our lighting needs...cheaper than expected too. ILM's number is now in my contacts. So nice to have one company for lighting and irrigation!!
