Booked online through the website which was quick and easy. Had an appointment yesterday and Laurie was lovely. Very welcoming and knowledgable, completed a free health check of my ears. I explained a slight issue I was having with my ears, and due to the ear canals not being the problem, spoke about other issues it could be and recommended some methods to try.
