About
A fully insured and trained nurse will assess and perform all procedures. We are CQC registered and have been operating our ear care service since 2016. We use the propulse irrigator for syringing/irrigating ears or gold standard Micro-suction. Staff are COVID 19 vaccinated and regularly tested. Our phone lines are open 24hours. All staff members are experienced in ear care. We treat adults and children. We are based in Suffolk but travel all over East Anglia to allow housebound patients to also be treated. (Ipswich, Felixstowe, Mid Suffolk, Bury st Edmunds, Stowmarket, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Woodbridge, Saxmundum, Framlingham, Stradboke). We also cover Manningtree, Shotley and Colchester.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Laurie was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me seen at such last minute. Renata was lovely and very reassuring. Thank you both so much. I can hear again! 😃

Laurie is brilliant helped me out removing a hearing aid bud that had dislodged and was stuck in my ear. I will be definitely using her for any future ear cleaning and checks.
