I was broken down with a ripped air line. I threw 100 dollars and 3 hours at it trying to do a self repair and the truck stop hoses just were compatible with my rig. Kenny heard what I was dealing with and asked to see my hoses. Less than 10 minutes later the hose came back looking brand new and managed to fashion together my parts I bought to fit on my old hose. Literally saved my night I wish id of came here first and they didnt try to overcharge me for something so simple. Ive never been so happy to pay a mechanic for a bill, haha! If you're near here and in a bind and need help, these guys will do their best to do right by you. I think this is the first good review ive ever left for a mechanic and its well deserved. Thanks guys!

Big Thank You to the Mechanic there that let me borrow some tools as I had a front drive shaft u-joint go out on my pick up pulling gooseneck. Walked to the shop, asked to borrow some tools; he handed me a rack of wrenches, a ratchet, and torx sockets. Removed the drive shaft and was back on the road.

Ok guys here is the story of bad mechanics one of my trucks broke down on Friday in Maryland it was issue with radiator leak so we had truck towed to this mechanic before we had the truck towed asked them can we pay with credit card they said yes then they worked on the truck had them put new radiator from the dealership and while they were working on the truck they broke 2 hoses which i understand it happens hoses were $10 each they charged me $80 each then they said we have to either zelle or cash app the money no cards they will not release the truck so after arguing with them for couple off hrs they took the card and gave us the truck but as we started the truck it started leaking transmission oil when we told they said not there problem we asked why you open the hoses going to transmission no answer now we have truck in different shop they will work on it Monday morning as they are close on weekends. Now other machines said they not even put full bolt on radiator and it’s not secure. This damage happened while they put radiator on my truck but they said it’s not our fault . I paid a lot off money to them now I need to pay to second machine please be careful of these thugs shame on these so called fake shops. Stealing money from your pocket. Good luck

Do not bring your truck to this shop — they will rip you off. I called ahead and asked if they worked on APU units. The person on the phone confirmed and told me to bring my truck in. After I arrived, they inspected the APU and told me the issue was two bad ground wires. I went to a nearby truck parts store, bought the wires, and brought them back for replacement. After replacing the ground wires, they told me the real issue was the starter. I explained that the APU system itself was indicating a problem with the alternator, not the starter. They insisted they were 100% sure it was the starter and proceeded to replace it. After replacing the starter, they came back and told me the alternator also needed to be replaced. I told them from the beginning that I believed the alternator was the problem. They denied it at first but later admitted both the starter and alternator were bad. I disagreed, but at that point, they told me I could either pay the bill or wait until the next day, buy a new alternator, and have them install it. I needed my truck, so I paid the bill. They charged me $1,246.55 and still did not fix the issue. While I was there, another customer had a problem with his AC unit. They told him his AC compressor needed to be replaced. He bought a new one, and they installed it. Later, when he came back to pick up his truck, they told him they installed the new compressor, but couldn’t charge the system with freon. Now they were guessing the problem might be a blocked hose and needed more time to figure it out. In conclusion: this shop is unprofessional and dishonest. They misdiagnose problems, waste your time, and overcharge without actually fixing the issue. Do not take your truck here.

Worst experience since i am in trucking last 7 years, truck was in shop 8 months, they charge me about 1600$ for used door on Freightliner Cascadia, and when i finally came to pick up my truck, he was outside on rain with open window, my advice is avoid this place in big radius, this is how they install hood mirror, after 8 months

This is the worst place over charge and very unfortunate unprofessional people are working here. Please do not come here. That’s the waste of money.
