Fast and Friendly With Good Customer Service and Reasonable Pricing!!! Took my truck there which had a fuel line or hose that was broken and leaking. Got the repair fixed in the same day. I called before I went there and they offered to send out a service truck but I just drove there since it was just an exit away from the Clorox plant I was picking up from. The owner sent me a text so I could show him the exact problem so he can start searching for part # and part while I was getting loaded and driving. I was in and out in 30min and back on the road. Didn’t have the exact part in stock at the dealer to get but they replaced the part with a similar part rated for same spec and had no issues. The employee told me I was good to go without paying and said to just call the owner he will send me an invoice. I was driving and received the invoice OTR and paid of course. I was shocked at the respect and trust to send me out without payment first. I guess they are a good judge of character. Very good people.

They have been great to work with and the work has been solid. They also offer 24/7 roadside service and fleet maintenance programs.

Had a trailer tire blowout at about 5am in the morning. We called them at they got here within 30mins and was done with the tire in no time at all, and it's freezing out here. Thanks for the help

I went to this shop because my truck was shaking, and I needed an alignment. After inspecting my truck, they told me the issue was a bad drag link and that they couldn’t do the alignment until it was replaced. I agreed to the repair. They said they couldn’t find the part right away, but after five hours, they finally replaced it. I ended up paying $710, including a $350 labor fee. However, after leaving, I noticed my steering was pulling to the right. When I got on the highway, the shaking became even worse than before. I wasted my time and spent a lot of money, yet my problem is still not fixed. Instead of improving, the issue has gotten much worse.

Owner Gurinder "Gary" Dhaliwal and his den of lying thieves sold me and installed an incorrect load rated tire on my motor home while repeatedly claiming it was the correct load rating. I learned later the load rating is stamped on the tire. They didn't tell me that because i would have known it was incorrect and not made the purchase. The damage to my motor home after the tire blowout was extreme. See photo. Needless to say I am pursuing legal remedy thru the court as INWOOD refuses to accept financial responsibility. I will update this review periodically.

Very professional and hard-working staff owner is very helpful. My truck parts arrive late . Shop close 5 PM I request I have a load tomorrow. They accept my request and continue 9 PM. Price very reasonable professional work I highly recommended..

Don't bring any kind of mechanical work here for your equipment. These guys don't really know what they're doing. I'll trust them to just replace my tires and that's it. Came here with an air leak on my trailer. They told me that I needed a modulator valve (about $400) for my air tank when in reality all I needed was just a brake chamber, which they also overcharged me for. Stay away from this place

Truck sat in their parking lot for a week and half untouched with drive shaft issues, I was called right after they spoke to the boss and was told they would call me back at 5am, I never heard from them til almost 730 am. Thier tow truck was almost 2hr late from what I was told. I would NOT recommend this place for anything. They were to have all the air lines fixed and truck was to be ready by the time we got there with the new drive shaft, thereby as nothing touched and they had no air lines or fittings to fix anything but what we had taken there
