Intulife Medical Transport

I'm a in home health aid, and on July 24 my client had a very important Dr appointment. We were scheduled to be Picked up @ 10:10. Nedless to say. They said they were running late. And should be here soon. Later they called to say that the driver was running late and would be there for us at a much later time. Which would of made my client miss her appointment. We had to cancel. Fast forward to a week later and same situation. Same time scheduled and much to my surprise: late again. Infact so late: that my client was a half-hour late to her appointment. Thank goodness for the kind and gentle Dentist and his staff for understanding and waited for us to arrive. Would not recommend this company due to there track record. The family was more then willing to give you a second chance to be on time and you failed.

Hugh was fantastic! I needed a last minute transport because the "other" company never showed up! He was very friendly, professional, and really saved the day! His rates are very reasonable, and his van was comfortable, clean, and he let me listen to whatever I wanted on the radio! I've NEVER gotten that kind of service before! I will definitely book with him from now on!
