Rachel was a great instructor! She made sure to find out how much we sit for work and our work stress levels to adjust her class for us. She brought yoga supplies including clean yoga mats, blocks to our site. She would help correct/adjust our posture, and was a very calming presence. And she even brought scented towels and hot chocolate to end our time. I highly recommend her!

Great experience with coach Rachel! Rachel is kind, personable & tailors the class to her audience. I left the class feeling more energized and ready to start the day~ She also added such a sweet & thoughtful touch to the class sessions by ending with some free hot chocolate & eucalyptus-scented towels :)
