We are proud to say that we have completed the oldest Heritage home in all of Ottawa 138 St Patrick St ( The Rochon House) And is one of our finest accomplishments, first we started by flashing out the whole foundation around full perimeter with 18Gauge Flashing, we then installed all the framing for the Soffit and Fascia. We proceeded to install the Steel Havelock soffit and Fascia. Next we removed all the old metal and leveled all 5 sides and installed a new Havelock Metal Standing Seam Roof and all new flashings around the dormers . We then installed custom 6 inch wide Eavestrough's and Beautiful square downpipe to finish it off.
