Recently i had a bad experience with another shop that was nearby where i broke down & had to bring back my truck to Interstate. Shane & the team is always friendly, courteous, and professional. They listen to your concerns & explain you everything in detail so you understand what is going on with your truck & quick turnaround time. This is always been my go-to spot! highly recommended! 🙌

Started using Interstate Truck Repair about eight years ago. They have replaced over the years everything from an oil pump to brakes and drums and more. NEVER had a problem, either with the quality of the work or the price. When I had my ISX and now with my Paccar, I just call ahead for a service and I'm in and out under an 75 minutes. Thank you Interstate Truck Repair for keeping me on the road and making me money.

INTERSTATE TRUCK REPAIR completely destroyed my trust, my finances, and my livelihood. After paying them a massive repair bill, my truck kept breaking down because of their poor workmanship. They cut corners, swapped out parts with old ones, and blamed me instead of owning up to their mistakes. Even after pouring everything I had into trying to keep the truck running, it was never fixed right. I was left struggling to pay bills and support my family, while this shop kept operating as if nothing was wrong. I honestly don’t understand how INTERSTATE TRUCK REPAIR is still in business when their negligence and dishonesty have caused so much damage. This is not just bad service — it’s a disgrace. A company that treats customers this way should be ashamed to even respond to this review. Ps. This complaint has already been filed with the BBB and posted publicly. I will also be filing with the Washington State Attorney General, the Department of Licensing, and the FTC. In addition, my review is live on Google and will be published on Yelp, Facebook, and other consumer platforms. I am prepared to take this further with local media if necessary. This is your chance to address this before it gets bigger.

Stay away from this shop. They take your good parts and swap used old parts on your engine. They left me dead and broken with bad parts on my truck. They are NOT honest in the work they do.

Beware of this shop, they do ILLIGAL tunes and removing EMISSON systems, they do things on your truck without your permission. IF YOU LIKE YOUR ENGINE DONT GO HERE. They will be reported.
