Intermountain Golf cars provided superb service on our cart, while no one else in the Prescott area would give us the time of day. They were able to diagnose and repair our older cart, and charged reasonable prices. Ruth was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process, while Kyle worked his magic. When he delivered our cart, he patiently explained the repairs that he had completed. He also answered the myriad of questions that we peppered him with about the cart. Short story…their service went beyond 5 stars.

This is the most customer focused business I have come across in the Prescott area. They answer phone calls, respond and pick-up your cart within a day or two, and have it back to you in a day or two. They actually stock parts that make your repairs happen faster too. My cart has been in their shop three times and the experience has been great.
