I took my generator to Integrity Small Engine in Wenatchee, WA thinking it had a carburetor issue from bad fuel. At first, they mentioned they might not be able to work on it since it’s not a name brand, but they were willing to give it a shot. They told me up front it would be about a $100 gamble to see if it was the carb.
To my surprise, they called me back and explained that the real issue was the throttle solenoid, not the carburetor. I was bracing myself for a higher bill, but instead, the total ended up being under $40.
I really appreciated their honesty, fairness, and willingness to work on something outside the norm. They easily could have charged me more, but instead they did the right thing. That’s rare to find.
I would definitely recommend Integrity to anyone needing small engine repair. I will gladly drive to the other side of town for honesty.
