My husband went in with a broken pump (which broke yesterday and is under warranty) today to be told that the backlog of pumps for fixing was too large to be fit in before Christmas. Not only was he greeted with terrible customer service, he was given no option but to purchase parts to “fix it himself”. The contact he encountered at this business was rude and uncompromising. Would not recommend purchasing from this business if you expect any upkeep servicing.
