I wish I could leave a positive review for a small local business. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my interaction with Integrity Mechanical. They have excellent reviews for HVAC service, so perhaps I should not have called them about a kegerator with a broken thermostat. When I first contacted them, I said I definitely knew that the thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. Integrity Mechanical said they could look at it. They came for what I thought was a consultation and confirmed that yes, the thermostat needed to be replaced. They then billed me for $465 for the visit — including a $60 “truck charge.” No work had been done on the kegerator at this point. They provided an estimate of $1152 to replace a part costing under $200. This was the quote: "Parts = $687.41, Laobr = $405.00, Truck Charge = $60.” All this for a part you can hold in your hand and replace with a screwdriver. While I appreciate the time they spent and the eventual discount applies to my bill, I cannot recommend them for any commercial restaurant related work. I have worked with other companies on heating, plumbing and kitchen equipment, and no one else charges for a consultation. And they certainly doesn’t throw in a $60 “truck charge."

The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my gas furnace serviced and learned how tax credits could help me upgrade my system! This company is definitely my go-to for all my heating and cooling needs! Thanks Dallan and Robb!

The name says it all! High integrity, very attentive, easy to contact, very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure it was done correctly. Had him come out to diagnose what was wrong with our heat pump, presented us with options to repair or replace and talked through benefits of each! Did a great job, was fast, fairly priced and even took the time to change out some wires that were starting to melt! Would recommend or hire him again in a heartbeat!

My AC unit to my central air went out on one of the hottest nights. I was able to get a same day appointment on a Friday. Rob came out and got my unit up and running not long after he arrived. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my unit to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Communication was great! Impressed by this company. I've used others in the past and did not use them again. I would def use Integrity again. thanks again!

These guys really helped me out. Fixed a kinked lineset in my attic. Despite the heat they finished my install in a couple of days. When I was getting an overfill warning they came right out to get it charged properly. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

During the recent ice storm, our heater stopped working at The Dog Bark, a local Salem doggy daycare. It was a Sunday so I knew it would likely be impossible to get someone out to help the same day…but fortunately for me, I contacted this awesome company, Integrity. Dallan got the heater fixed within a couple of hours and saved my poor employees and the doggies from the frigid temperatures. He didn’t have a ladder tall enough and went out of his way to purchase one. His willingness to get on the roof in this weather is extraordinary to me! Thank you so much, Dallan. Your customer service and communication is exceptional and we will be using this wonderful company in the future! Our old building has plenty of HVAC issues! 😂

I would give more stars if I could. I needed my dinosaur of a furnace fixed and I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. The Tech that came to my home was surprisingly on time, professional, and respectful. He wasted no time finding the problem and actually fixing the furnace and replacing the filter. I’ll be recommending Integrity Mechanical to all my friends and family.

Quick to respond, efficient, respectful and on time. Was able to come out within a few days and very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for our home and business.Highly recommend.

Dallan really knows his stuff! Another hvac company was unable to diagnose my issue after multiple tries but he got it right away and had us back in business, same day.
