Integrity Garage Door Repair, is the BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE SINCE BUYING MY HOME. I had a new garage door system "installed" in March of 2025.... not only did they completely CON me with the pricing. MY DOOR HAS BROKEN 6 times since April! TODAY IS LUCKY NUMBER 7! If I'm lucky enough to get them to answer the phone; oh that's another thing after they rob you blind, then screen your calls and do not pick up. I have paid $4,000!!!! FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! to them and I don't even have a new garage door, the door is the old door from1998! They are coming again supposedly today and guess what they are going to tell me... I need a new door. I have spent enough money to have two garage doors with two new systems installed. I have a warranty 3 for parts and service, I'm charged every time they come here... At this point, 1 am calling an Attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau. I do not want to see anyone go through what I have. I was taken advantage of after my wife just passed away by this company. Please if you hear Integrity Garage Door, if any of your friends or family mentioning a Garage Door company STAY FAR AWAY FROM INTEGRITY GARAGE DOOR I REFUSED TO TAKE MY YELP REVIEW DOWN. Now they are THREATENING me. They told me if I do not take it down they will no longer come and fix their clearly terrible work. I have a 3 year warranty with them for parts and service! I’ve spent $4,000….this is the type of company they are. They are con artist, and very much need to change your name! I would recommend 100% Limoge and son's fantastic people that do fantastic work!
