Aloha my name is Matt with integrity floor cleaners in Kona. This tile was installed in waikoloa in 1986. We cleaned the tile and grout then speed dry the grout with our fans. Then we stained all the grout lines to match the color of the tile. After the stain cured we applied a long lasting sealer to the grout and tile. This was very satisfying job restoring the almost 40 year old lanai.
