Matt came out for warranty work on our Pro-Form treadmill and was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and down-to-earth, and he took the time to clearly explain everything. I would highly recommend Integrity Fitness Repair for any of your equipment repair needs.

Integrity Fitness came to my home and fixed my CST Fusion after years of uneven pullies. In fact, this system never worked brand new until Integrity Fitness took the time to fix it on their own. Can't say enough kudos to them for this!

They came out and repaired and did maintenance on my treadmill. They were exceptionally professional and the gave me the pricing up front. They arrived precisely when they said they would and fixed my treadmill on the first visit. Kudos to a company that keeps their word. I had a appointment for my Nordic Track Rowing Machine to be fixed. They were extremely busy and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule to get the machine fixed. The technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. "Integrity" really is the perfect name for this reputable company. They are a professionally operated company, who are very knowledgeable about fitness equipment and they are honest and skilled professionals. Kyle (tech)and Debra (office) are extremely friendly and helpful. Matt (owner) does whatever it takes to insure that the customer is completely satisfied with the repair and all aspects of the service. This company is a tight run ship. Very pleased with Integrity Fitness Repair. Debra took my call, diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement treadmill belt. Matt installed the new belt, tested the unit and lubricated several pivot points to eliminate squeaking noises. First class service!

I was very happy to have Matt come and tune up our Schwinn iC4 bike to make sure it was ready to ride after moving across the country twice. He was very thorough and super knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him!
