I called Joe at 3pm on a Friday because we had an overhead door go out. His technician, Ralph, was here within 30 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem, he shared some troubleshooting advice in case I get caught in a jam again. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use Integrity Doors for future work.

Top notch service, these guys came out to repair and replace a few panels on my 17’ wide door, the factory built the panels 2” too wide and they said no problem, we will just take them to the shop and shorten them up an inch on each side. Great guys to work with and the door seals up better than it originally did.
