The environment was welcoming, organized, and full of positive energy. Everyone—from staff to volunteers—was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Our questions were answered with care, and the experience felt both exciting and meaningful. We were also impressed by the number of high-value prizes given away throughout the event—it added a fun and generous touch to an already great experience. I took my car to integrity auto recently for warranty work and they were amazing. Very knowledgeable and communicative in letting me know the status and where my vehicle was at in the process. The outside lights on my Ford F-150 would randomly turn on and drain my battery. I took it to Integrity Auto Repair, and Johnny was able to help me out. It was a problem I couldn’t figure out on my own, but Johnny took great care of me. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly. I definitely recommend this shop, excellent service and honest people!

I have a 2015 Dodge Charger. I stopped by to get a quote. From the beginning Eliza was very helpful and quoted me on the cost of an ac diagnostics. I set an appointment since in the RGV a car ac is a must. During the time they were fixing the ac issues they found other issues and again Eliza explained that it was recommended. I decided to fix the issues that cause issues in the long run. The day I picked up my car Johnny was very professional and explained what was happening with my vehicle. I entrusted my vehicle at Integrity Auto Repair and any further issues I will definitely come back. Nowadays it is difficult to trust a mechanic without wanting to make money out of you and the car issues continue. I did not feel this way here especially after reading previous reviews. Thank you Eliza and Johnny for all. I will go back for the pending recommendations.

We can’t recommend this body shop enough! They’ve truly gone above and beyond for us — not only did they take care of our oil change with care and professionalism, but they also helped us put our car back together after an accident. We had to order a few parts, and like with most repairs, it’s completely normal for parts to take a couple of days to arrive. The best part was their excellent communication — they kept us updated the whole time and helped us schedule everything smoothly so we never felt in the dark. Their team was kind, honest, and really made us feel taken care of. Great service, trustworthy people, and a shop we’ll definitely return to. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!
