Super honest, and excellent service. I had taken my car to another repair shop near my house and they had given me an huge estimate for my repair. A friend recommended coming here for a second opinion. Integrity saw the estimate from the initial shop and said something didn’t sound right. Upon their inspection, I needed a simple alignment, saving my $3k from the initial shop trying to scam me. They were quick, easy to work with and above all had integrity. From now on, I will only ever come here for any car needs. And recommend to anyone else in need of car services.

I brought my car in to get the O2 sensor replaced and the gas direct injection service done, and they took care of everything the same day. Caleb, the rep who helped me, was polite, knowledgeable, and always on top of the details. I also had the chance to meet the business owner — she was very kind, hands-on, and truly cares about her customers. Shops like this are rare, and I’m grateful for the honest, professional service. My car over heated and I had it towed to their location. I had been there before for an alignment so they had me info and called me the next day. That morning they had a list of needed and recommended repairs sent to me. I approved the work I wanted and they got straight to work. Also price was very competitive and payment options really helped. Excellent service and great customer care!

They have great customer service, I loved the way they presented their estimates - with photos included - and they did not pressure me to do any of their recommended services. Amazing experience! Constant and easy to understand communication. I appreciate being able to text, it’s hard for me to talk on the phone during the day. They sent me estimated that were easy to understand and could be approved on the phone. They did explain that my car would need some major work in the next 9-12 months, but I didn’t feel pressured and it wasn’t a hard sale to do it today. They did explain what was needed and the reasons behind the way. I dropped my car off after hours in Sunday night and had it back Tuesday. I can not say enough wonderful things about this location and the staff, specifically Michael!

I had a catastrophic engine failure on my Range Rover. The team at Integrity helped navigate the extended warranty company, deal with the endless hoops the company had myself and Integrity jump through to get the claim approved. Once the claim was approved, they kept me informed during the process of getting the right parts and ensure that the little details most shops breeze over, were done and do e right. I highly recommend Integrity and wholeheartedly can say their emulate their name!

T H E best! Ask Michael to check out your alignment, he was able to explain everything to me so clearly. I now understand how an alignment affects my drive and tire wear. I will be back for some recommended services. Did an oil change, state inspection and my alignment and a full full check of my car and got it back the same day. I am so happy I found this place.

Very fast and very friendly service and customer attention. They gave our vehicle first class service and care, looking at areas that were beyond the scope of requested service, but of concern based on vehicle age and mileage. We really loved the unexpected provision of communication about recommended and needed maintenance services.
