Katie Goodman is the absolute BEST!! I have been in healthcare for over 16 years and I have had many doctors of the years in different states so I can speak as a professional and as a patient. Her care, compassion, knowledge and going the extra step for her patients is outstanding. She takes her time and is always willing to go the extra step instead of just writing a medication and send you out the door. LOVE her!! I highly recommend her and the team🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Upon questioning why pain managment paperwork was received when making an appt for a facility called Integrative Care, I was told I should have never filled this paperwork out and somehow should have known they are merging facilities and was told an email was sent out to all patients yet I am not even a patient. The office manager instead decided to tell me my frustration and questioning was being mean and took the role of victim instead of owning responsibility for their lack of direction. She then informed me she would be cancelling my appt and when I asked to speak to the medical director I was told you are not a patient so you have no right to this. This place deserves zero stars and how lovely that a place like this is supposed to treat the health of patients has a front office health of complete incompetence. The fact that an office manager is in place who acts like this is beyond words. Words on a website articulating your desire to help everyone with their wellness means nothing if you can't treat new patients with respect.

Dr Rashid and Katie are the absolute best!! They’re always so kind and attentive and go above and beyond to help me in feeling my best. I love their holistic model of care that they provide and how they work to get to the bottom of any issues instead of just throwing prescriptions like other practices. I would highly recommend!

Top notch! I see Dr Rashid and Adam for PT. Both are great as well as KeKe and Jocelyn. My husband sees Dr Goodman and she is also a treat. I feel better every time I visit!

As someone who struggles with feeling comfortable in new environments, the staff here made me feel so welcome! Dr. Goodman and Dr. Rashid are FANTASTIC and listen to every concern I have! They have really improved my life! The staff here Jocelyn, Keke, and Sarah are all so nice!! I would recommend this office to any of my friends and family as they truly care about their patients here! :)

If it let me give more stars to this place I would. Joselyn and Sarah are awesome, they are very helpful when scheduling or assisting with anything up front. Dr. Rashid is amazing, she has been very helpful in my plan of care regarding my nerve damage in my right arm. Adam is an awesome therapist when it comes to exercises with my neck injury and arm range of motion. Also, Katie Goodman is an awesome PCP! Very knowledgeable and empathetic when discussing my health. Last but definitely not least Clarence is the massage therapist, and I would sprint in here if you can! I had lower back pain and after a few massages it has gotten 20x better. All around this facility has been a perfect fit for all around care. I am begging you if you are reading this to get in ASAP!

Dr. Goodman is amazing! She addressed ALL of my concerns and made a plan with me to address all the concerns. She is caring and committed. After our first visit I had to be seen on emergency and she made time to see me in on an already booked day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the whole team is wonderful.

I have been going to VarioHealth for at least 4 years and I love them. The front desk staff know who I am and are always friendly and outgoing. Claire is an amazing personal trainer she really knows how to traine her clients. She use to be my trainer some where else and told me about VarioHealth and was the best decision to use them as my professional health crew along with my personal training side. Dr. Nancy and Dr. Wendell is are smart amsome doctors. I primary see Dr. Nancy and could not been anymore happier then with Claire and Dr. Nancy. Dr. Nancy when I am getting treatment she really care about her clients and will talk and get to know them and provide them the best treatment plan. Nick is by far one of the best deep tissue massage. They take all insurances and you are the best fit to start your care with VarioHealth. This is the only place where Dr. Austin Wendell has mastered the health insurance industry to allow your insurance to meet with a dietitian and personal trainer. I recently saw there dietitian Mary Allen who is another amazing staff. You will not regret ensuring VarioHealth becomes your new care provider. This is like another family to me.

These medical professionals are the absolute best. The entire staff are such friendly and caring people. I have not had such high quality care in my over 6 decades of life, and I would recommend all of their services in a heartbeat.

ICoNT seems to not have service standards for the docs and office manager. I requested a refill through my pharmacy, pharmacy sent to IC, my PA (excellent PA) sent to Dr Yasin. The request has been ignored for 2 days. Now l'm going into the weekend without my script for 2 additional days because the doctor hasn't acted on my behalf. I assume like in most med offices the manager monitors administrative tasks and verifies these tasks are completed. Not only is this not happening, there have also been what I think are posdible HIPAA violations each time I have been in the office or called. I was placed on speaker phone and asked for personal information as well as the reception desk has the monitors facing the patients so as the front desk is viewing personal medical info any other patients can view any personal info from the waiting area. Tighten up the processes IC.
