The practitioners at IMI have earned my trust over time. They’re honest about what I do and don’t need, explain test results in plain language, and I never feel like I’m being pushed into unnecessary treatments or products.

Quackery by another name. There seems to be a massive conflict of interest in their business model as being naturopaths as well as selling supplements. Guess what? Go for an appointment and they will 'prescribe' you a load of their supplements. I saw Graeme Bradshaw, who specifically stated 'you have insurance, so you may as well as do such and such tests'. I spent several thousand on these tests (which by the way were not covered by my insurance) - one of which didn't even work properly which he just brushed off as if I hadn't just poured a few thousand down the toilet. It is not even in their interests to fix whatever problem you have because they want to continue to fleece you on more supplements. Avoid at all costs!

I’m careful about supplements, and IMI has become my go‑to because I know they only stock brands they’ve vetted and that the team use themselves. It’s reassuring to buy from one place and know the quality, sourcing, and dosage have all been carefully considered.

One thing I really like about IMI is that they actually remember me. When I walk in, the front desk often greets me by name and already has a sense of my history, which makes the whole experience feel personal rather than clinical.

I’ve been coming to IMI for a few years now and what keeps me returning is how consistently friendly and welcoming the team is. From reception and the dispensary to the practitioners, I’m always greeted with a smile and never made to feel rushed.

Was really run down and took their multi powder and other supplements. Didn’t like the taste but it worked wonders. Better energy and fewer colds. Would highly recommend!

IMI’s probiotic recommendations have changed my partner’s day to day life. Their gut is much happier on a day to day basis, and they don’t have to run to the toilet anywhere near as frequently. I recently had a nasty bug and following IMI’s supplement regimen and advice really helped me ease my symptoms and feel better quickly. It really helps that their recommendations come from naturopaths and helps us feel much more certain that what we’re buying really will help resolve symptoms.

I’ve received Craniosacral therapy from Christiane, during difficult times, and her touch was therapeutic and sensitive. It helped me find some peace and space for myself and I could feel the calming effect in my body and nervous system. I would highly recommend Christiane.

I loooooove Dr. Melissa. I fly from the Uk and Bangkok just to see her. She is absolutely an amazing natural path doctor. I had really severe stomach pain and indigestion before, to the point where anything I put into my stomach would hurt. Thanks to her help and the supplements she prescribed, I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend her. And the IMI office has very nice energy, and the staff are friendly. Definitely go there if you need help!!! There are naysayers out there who just bring in negative energy. Obviously if you don’t believe in alternative medicine, this is not for you. Why bother even come if you are just going to be a Debbie Downer? Save your bad juju for yourself. Go elsewhere. However, if you are like me who tried everything to no avail, then I suggest you come here and take a long-term approach to health, instead of a quick fix like at the regular doctor’s office. Keep in mind. You need to do your homework and actually follow the instructions. If it says take it before bed or upon rising, do exactly that. Some of the homeopathic medicine doesn’t go with food. So at first you might get 10 bottles of supplements like me because I was so sick. But over time, you won’t need as much. Now I just have 3 supplements, easy peasy, just to maintain my health. My doctor here doesn’t push me to buy the supplements at IMI, but they do have really high quality. They have the only non-fishy fish oil!!!

Saw an ND ("naturopathic" doc with no medical credentials) there who prescribed me 7-8 bottles of supplements each time I went there based on tapping my wrist(??) , completely unrelated to my simple ailment. She herself looks very unhealthy, scrawny and bad skin. Tried to get me to take stool tests that costs thousands of dollars. Took nearly 15k$ of my money with all these useless, dangerous supplements and endless tests and didn't solve any issues. These people just exist to fleece you of your money and prescribe you unnecessary, dangerous supplements that are not FDA approved. Avoid at all costs!! Go if you want to be scammed! 😡😡😡😡😡
