I cannot speak more highly of the ICS team. Jerry, Matt, and Al were fantastic to work with. They stand behind their work because they know they are providing the best quality repairs. It's difficult to say you've enjoyed working through extensive foundation repairs, but ICS outlined the process and answered all of our questions so well. They really put us at ease during a stressful time. There is a lot of uncertainty with foundation repair (i.e., cosmetic damage, potential plumbing damage), but the one thing I felt certain about from start to finish was our decision to work with ICS. Our home needed a significant lift—nearly 5" in some places. They were able to quickly identify and make repairs inside and around our home. ICS uses a double-pier system that firms up homes' foundations for years and years to come. It's so good, they provide a lifetime warranty. In a matter of only a few days, the work was completed and the site was cleaned up. Communication on projects like this can be difficult, but Al called or texted multiple times a day to communicate what the next steps were in the process. He was always willing to meet me at the house to walkthrough the work at the end of the day. There is a reason realtors and other contractors all around Waco recommend ICS. They are truly the best at what they do. I highly recommend their services.

Jerry and Al were amazing. They communicated very well and were able to fix our sinking garage in one day with their wonderful crew of workers. Couldn’t be happier!

Had an overall great experience with Integrated Concrete Services. Jerry came to our pier and beam cabin in the country to look things over and gave me a verbal and written bid. Work was scheduled several weeks later. Al and his crew came out and performed their work professionally and politely. Also wanted to say that Integrated Concrete stands behind their work because they actually came back out to address a few other concerns I had. I was completely satisfied and felt I got my money’s worth. I highly recommended this company and their staff.

I needed my old pier and beam house leveled. From the assessment, answering more or the same questions again, to the leveling process, the customer service was excellent.

We had our house leveled a few years ago by ICS. We had movement issues about a year ago, called several times about coming to measure to see if there had been any movement, each time given “I will call you back to set something up”. I’m sure there was a warranty involved but after the initial job done, which was mediocre at best, lack of clean up on initial job and customer service follow up I decided it was not worth my time. I’ve had to get dirt packed around my foundation on 3 occasions now due to the lack of dirt packing done. Also have had to get two concrete areas outside refilled and redone due to collapse in places where they dug to get under the house and refilled with “concrete”. I will say they had excellent pricing but I’m finding out you get what you pay for. Certainly would do your research before you decide on a company.

Had a project that its foundation was was neglected for a couple of decades. Jerry was able to assess the situation and gave me a fair price for the repairs. I had a quote from the previous owner and the company that quoted them weren't looking to add as many pillars for the foundation and were asking for a significant amount higher for the repairs. During the repairs though; was the most rain we've gotten in a long time. The holes that they dug continued to get flooded but project supervisor Al, was able to stay in contact with me during the entire ordeal, answered all of my concerns, and pretty much pacified any worries that I had. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner even with the setback of the weather. Because of their constant contact during the project, keeping me up to date, asking questions before moving forward on what needs to get done, and their skill. I am looking forward to working with them on my next project.

Having a house leveled is not a neat tidy job! It’s messy and upsets the earth around your house. But ICS went out of their way to minimize the mess! Alvaro was the lead man on the job and did so with expertise, concern for our property and was respectful to us as well. Keep ICS in mind should you require house leveling. They are competitive in their pricing, are thorough in their construction and are finished quickly with the job.

Integrated concrete services is one of the worst concrete companies I have ever dealt with in 15 years in construction. They were hired to level my Foundation. It is an old house with cast iron drains. They assured me that the cast iron drains would not break. In the subsequent month they all broke. Afterwards none of the doors functioned and they did not repair any of them. They cracked out the foundation in numerous locations and did not bother to patch it until I asked them to. When they sent out one of their guys to do a repair he was clearly drunk. When there was still repair work to be done after that I asked them not to send him again. And they did anyway. They did not bother to level the stem wall running through the middle of the house. So now my house slopes inwards towards the kitchen. I will probably be dealing with problems with this foundation for years to come. Also they supposedly warranty their work. But the warranty is based on elevations taken at the time they completed the job. And they are supposed to send those elevations to the customer so that it can stand by the warranty. Without the elevations the warranty is useless. It has been two months and I still have not received any elevations from them. Despite asking multiple times. So in other words my warranty is useless.I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

These guys have come out to our house maybe 3 times to level and give our house more foundational support and have done literally nothing but make things worse. It took so much to get them out here every time. It was like they didn't want to do it even though they already had our money. The very last time the guy came out, our warranty for it was close to being expired. I had asked him to come out as soon as he could after the last visit so that he could take a look at it one more time and add some more foundation support under a certain part of our house (somethimg that he said he was going to do). He joked that day about coming after the warranty was up, laughing and saying "no I wouldn't do that" but no, he wasn't joking. He never came back and they never even finished what they said they would do. We would have had more use making a fire with our money. The most unprofessional, difficult company we've ever dealt with. Don't give them your money.
