I’ve always had a great experience at this place—no complaints at all! Everything is clean, great service, I really love it. But today was different. I was helped by a girl who seemed to be in a bad mood, with a blank, annoyed expression. Zero empathy. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, so I know how a customer should be treated, and I understand that we all have bad days, but even then, I always put on my best face. That wasn’t the case here. Still, the service for my son was excellent!

Friendly staff, very clean and organized! Was in and out without any issues! Provider took her time and spoke with me about everything going on and explained her concerns along with a great plan of action! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you very much!

In general, everyone is very kind, but there is a receptionist who, every time I go, treats me in an unprofessional manner, with a bad attitude and poor disposition. It often feels like she is bothered by doing her job. I believe customer service is very important, and this type of behavior negatively affects the client’s experience.

Please for your own health and peace of mind, don’t go here! I recently went in, as my PCP was closed, and let’s just say they do not know how to care for people. I went in with oral thrush, strep test came back negative. It was clear I had a mild case of oral thrush. “Dr.” P. Estrella prescribed Nystatin, perfect as I needed that, but also prescribed Amoxicillin. YOU DO NOT TAKE AMOXICILLIN, when you have oral thrush. (Even google tells you that). I however trusting the “doctor” took it for a day and half before my fiancé researched and found I shouldn’t be taking Amoxicillin, that it does in fact make Candida WORSE. I wasn’t getting better. So I got in to see my PCP, who confirmed I should never have been prescribed Amoxicillin and promptly put me on the correct medicine. (I’m aware I’m sharing medical information, but I feel it’s important to share why you should avoid this place) Unless you want to get worse and end up back there, which may be what they are trying to do-make you sicker so you keep going, wasting your time, money, and jeopardizing your health. I really wish google would allow 0 stars. Please research and double check what you are being prescribed at this clinic. Don’t risk your health!

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care, mainly because of the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. When you’re not feeling well, the last thing you need is to be treated with impatience or attitude. The medical staff may be competent, but the front desk sets the tone for the entire visit — and unfortunately, it was a negative one. I hope management addresses this because patient care starts at the front desk.

I had an excellent experience at InstaHealth Urgent Care. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and they promptly attended to my medical needs. I was particularly impressed by how smoothly they handled my insurance, making the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend InstaHealth Urgent Care for anyone seeking reliable and swift medical attention.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I visited them near closing time, and the lady at the front seemed disinterested in my concerns. I had a severe stomach ache, and the doctor only touched my stomach and told me to go to the ER because it couldn’t be appendicitis. They didn’t even perform a urine or blood test. Their only concern was getting me out of there so they could go home. I went to the ER, and they were puzzled by their decision to make that assumption without any tests. I had a stomach flu, and they couldn’t even attempt to diagnose it. To make matters worse, I had to pay a $500 co-pay to go to the ER simply because they didn’t want to deal with my issue. Avoid this place at all costs; the service is terrible.

Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff The front desk lady is extremely rude, disrespectful, and acts like she hates her job. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been unpleasant. I’ve also seen multiple reviews mentioning the same person, so it’s clearly not just me — and it seems the company doesn’t care to address it. She treats everyone as if they’re an inconvenience and never wants to help beyond the bare minimum. I asked if she could email me my note, and she flat-out refused and told me to “just take a picture of it.” That’s not acceptable customer service. It’s disappointing that the company allows someone with such a poor attitude to represent them. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer service here is consistently awful.

This is the first and last time I'll be going to this place. The employee at the counter had a terrible attitude. I asked her if they accepted my insurance and she answered me grudgingly. If she's going to work in the healthcare field, she should be more polite to patients. She was in a very bad mood.

Easy to make an appointment and upon arrival was greeted and waited approximately only 10 minutes to be seen by nurse. After vitals were taken a PA arrived and treated my issue. Very qualified staff. Highly recommend.
