Inspector Septic

I had a septic company tell me what was wrong with my system a little over a year ago. But their estimate to fix it seamed outrageous. I figured that I would just pump the system more often. I called inspector, for a simple pump out, they came out quickly and confirmed the same thing that the previous company told me however their cost was 1/3. Very professional, honest, and reasonably priced, and took the time to educate me on my system. (How to do preventative maintenance myself). I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!!

After the ice storm in January 2026, I discovered busted pipes under my old 1950 farmhouse. It’s a truly tight crawl space with in maybe 20 inches to slide through. I put an SS in facebook hoping for some help since it’s me and a teen grandson and I’m on a small SSA income. The name if the company was mentioned, then, Timothy Etheridge texted me. He sent out his employee, Kenny Tomes. After a few trips, Kenny repaired all 7 breaks in my fairly new hot water pipes and even insulated them appropriately. He stayed until I was able to verify my hot water heater was in fact functioning properly and I just want to say that they helped abundantly. With a blessing they helped in every way to get us back in running water and went beyond the normal. Thanks, Kenny! And thanks Timothy for sticking with me. It will all come back to you

Great guys to work with. They are honest and trustworthy. They explained to me what was going on with my septic system, went through some options and told me how to maintain it in the future. I didn't have anyone for my septic before, but I do now.

They did a great job replacing my sump pump and servicing it. Affordable, upfront about business and trustworthy. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Called him on Friday and did the job the next day.

The owner was able to squeeze us in very quickly, offered a very competitive rate, was polite, and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend! We will be using this company for all future septic needs!

I called the office at 8 am the receptionist was very informative and had a technician on the phone In minutes to get an accurate quote and to see when I could be put on the schedule. She returned my call within just a few minutes saying the owner was in route and she gave me a price. he was on site within an hour. He inspected the system and we arranged to do the repairs later on in the day. His price was very affordable. I know because I called several local companies to request a quote. The job required a skilled technician and Timothy definitely delivered. The job required extra work but he would not charge me a cent more than the original quote as he wanted to be seen as a man of his word. If you are in Cleveland or the surrounding area I highly recommend this company over the Big guys. They are very determined to make a quality name for themselves by delivering excellent service in a prompt manner.
