MULTI-FAMILY INSPECTION
A Multi-Unit Inspection is an inspection of a property that has two or more units. It can look like a regular home inspection because every item in each unit is often inspected.
Having each unit inspected is very important because the systems in each unit are used differently by the changing tenants over the years.
Most of our investor clients include sewer line, mold/moisture or other specialty inspections at the same time as the physical inspection. This saves time by only having to access each unit 1 time.
Our inspections allow an investor to understand the current condition of the property, as well as budget for expected upgrades and repairs as needed.
