I was very impressed with Chris both as a business man & as a technician. He's very capable, conscientious and caring. He's attentive to detail and pursues his craft with speed & provision. His pricing for our Subaru windshield replacement was so good he was my first and only call. I was able to have a chip in my windshield repaired while I was working, which was so convenient! The service was quick and Chris was really professional and even checked my windshield to make sure there were no other chips that could cause me issues this winter. And I got an air freshener!

Had a great experience with Innovative Auto Glass. My wife and I were in need of a new windshield and found these guys on Yelp. I got a response within an hour or so. Their price was lower than the other quotes we received. The next day Chris drove out to install the windshield. He was in constant communication, was nice and informative, and efficient. The job was done in about 45 minutes. We got the exact windshield we were hoping for with the tinted eyebrow and new bracket/attachment of the rearview mirror! Chris was great he went above and beyond what he needed to do. I needed the back window replaced on my F150, with power window and defrost. The wires got torn out and the pickup was showing over 30 error codes. Chris took the time to go to my mechanic and talked to him to make sure everything was correct with the pickup. Chris showed up the next day on time and installed the new window. The window works like new and all the error codes stopped I would absolutely recommend Chris he was great and the price was excellent. Thank you Chris you have a customer for life.

The technician very knowledgeable about his job. Used him to put a windshield on my 1999 Ford F-150 and on my 2017 KIA Sorento, was very professional and did the job in a timely manner, also very clean inside the vehicles, would definitely recommend his services.

Iam very happy with my new windshield! He came to my house which is wonderful & the price was under $300!! ($277) which is a deal these days considering glass replacement on a Honda. He even put on a new rear view mirror I had purchased yet wasn't able to put on well myself. He was very polite, considerate & efficient. I highly recommend this company to do windshield replacement. It felt so good to not be priced gouged to come to my house as many other companies do. If I need another replacement, I most definitely know we will be calling Innovative Auto Glass!
