Hiring a contractor is always stressful 😩, but I must say when Jose from Inland came to my home for an estimate, I knew right away he was honest, ready and knew his craft. After city permits he literally transformed my patio in 2 days. Clean friendly and fast. All the other estimates were the same. But the care Jose and his crew showed had me looking for additional projects ! A Pergola ? A second Patio ? Yes it was that easy.

Couldn't be happier with the outcome of our patio. I did 12x40 patio with 8 lights, 2 outlets, and 3 ceiling fan pre wires. Everything came out perfect and super fast turnaround. Jose and his crew are awesome and very hard workers. I definitely recommend Inland Remodeling and Construction and look forward to working with them on future projects for my home.

Awesome experience with Jose and his crew. Even when the issue arose of needing footings installed they were fast and answered any questions I had. They kept the worksite clean, which was important as my dog likes to run free in the yard. They also had realistic pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. When we are ready to install a retaining wall they will be the first people we call. After they finished I decided I would prefer the switch be connected to the string lights instead of the fan, which is now connected to the main switch. I sent Jose a message asking him if we could change it and without hesitation he came over and fixed it for us. We got a 12x27 patio cover with 2 led lights a fan and 2 outlets for a very reasonable price.

Couldn't be happier with the results! Fast turn around time. From the day we met Jose he was very friendly and provided us with the best service ever. Clearly communicated all updates as the date approached to begin work. Everything went by smoothly. He even came back days later to leave everything ready for the city inspectors who appreciated the little attention to details. Very happy to have gone with his service for my patio cover.

In a retirement community, I have seen from our friends contractor asking for more money , projects taking up to 9 months to finish. Jose was different. He has Character ! Always on time, 7 am construction begins. In 2 weeks and wait period of 3 weeks for cement to hardened ( Anchoring bolts for Gazibo ) , my landscaping job was done ! Rocks , cedar wood chips, concrete work , electrical stub up and gas line & Install a Costco Gazibo 12 ' x 14 ' . Why is that ? Jose has the skill, crew and equipments that save time and money. Imagined , he has ( 2 ) Ram 6 wheel power truck, trailers with "Power Take Off " ability, laser guided measuring land tools. All my sections are square and straight. I now experienced the 100 + customers felt " Contentment " People on a budget : price is negotioable and FAIR for all side He completeley understand Timeline and schedule. Much costomers in the pipeline but he was worth the wait . If this guy was a Lawyer, you just won your case !!! Good luck to you readers and wish you well

Inland construction provided the best price and service for our patio cover. They also Installed 2 ceiling fans and mounted the t v for us as well. Excellent service and we are truly happy with the outcome. Jose and his team worked well together and got the job done fast and efficiently. I highly recommend and will definitely do business with Inland Construction for our next project!

Jose and his team did a really nice job with the patio cover and even made my patio look bigger in a way and the best part at a fair price. I looked into other companies too but Jose had a better deal and he did a good job.

Jose and his crew were very professional, friendly and polite. Jose was very informative on what to expect, how long the materials would take, and the prices involved. Once materials were recieved Jose scheduled installation immediately. Any problems that arose I.e., an electrical issue Jose immediately fixed the problem 😊 Jose and his crew also cleaned up the jobsite one they were finished leaving no traces that the job just took place. Which is very important to me because I have experience crew members who left a dirty job site on a regular basis. Jose also installed a gutter which most companies don't and tell you to hire someone who will, definitely an added bonus. I highly recommend Jose's company if you are looking for great quality work.
