And you're right. They do. But here's what the manufacturer won't tell you: THAT DATA IS GENERIC.
It's written for the part number, not for the physical injector sitting in your hand.
Think of it like a tire size. Two tires can share the same size label and still perform completely differently.
The manufacturer's data is a fair approximation across thousands of units.
It is not the exact flow rate, pulse width behavior, or voltage response of your specific injector.
That's the difference between a tune that's close and a tune that's right.
When we characterize your injectors, we measure what YOUR injectors actually do, not what the catalog says they should do.
Those are the numbers your tuner needs to truly dial your engine in!
