GDI fuel injectors are very different from standard injectors.
They operate at extremely high pressure, which is why we test them one at a time in a fully controlled environment.
Each injector goes through multiple tests, including idle and full load pressure, and comes back with a detailed report up to 350 bar.
This is how we verify whether a GDI injector truly meets OEM specs.
