We’ve just removed these fuel injectors from the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
From there, we move straight into a reverse flush process. This step is critical because it pushes debris out in the correct direction, instead of forcing it deeper inside the injector.
Once that’s done, we flow test each injector to make sure it meets OEM specifications.
We use the correct chemicals and the proper pressure for the manufacturer, so the results reflect real operating conditions.
This process protects injector performance and helps ensure long-term reliability.
Just remember......don’t spray brake cleaner or cheap additives into your fuel injectors
