We had a stubborn squirrel in our loft. Rich was absolutely amazing. Its never nice having a pest in your house which had disturbed us for a while. Rich was really attentive and reassured us with any questions that we had. If one thing didnt work, Rich would think of an alternative which worked! We now are pest free. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. They are really professional, and do a fab job.

honestly cannot recommend this company enough! We were dealing with a really stressful flea problem and they completely put our minds at ease from the very first phone call. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home, and carried out the treatment thoroughly. Within a short time we noticed a massive improvement, and now the fleas are completely gone. The aftercare advice they gave us was also really helpful in making sure the problem didn’t return. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and friendly flea exterminator, this is definitely the company to use. Worth every penny!

Dan & team came out same day and done an infested loft clearance for us. Was a big job and probably underpriced but still honoured and completed late into the evening which was highly appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. A*

James and Richard came to my property over 4 visits, they were always on time (if not early) professional, courteous and sorted out that issue in my loft. Initial visit James told me he would be confident they could get the problem resolved within 2-3 weeks and then a 4th visit to proof the loft and ensure everything was gone. Would highly recommend

They're really nice, friendly, helpful professionals and I couldn't recommend them enough. Dan was great over the phone and sorting out the invoice for my home emergency insurance. No BS, he listened to me and provided honest information on costs and what could be in my house. He had someone (Rich) round to me within the hour! Rich came to my house and the first thing he did was check I was ok. Lovely bloke and he answered all my questions, helped put my mind to rest, and went above and beyond putting multiple traps and poisons down. He returned 3 weeks later to check the traps and poisons and to fill any holes in my walls that could be entry points. Great service!

We contacted Dan and James to ask them to quote for a suspected rat issue. They were quick to attend and were friendly but professional and reassuring. They identified that we had rats and mice (being a bit more rural) and where they were likely coming from and currently residing. They suggested an eradication and maintenance plan for us which they started the same day for a very fair price (having had quotes from national companies to do a lot less for a lot more!) They have always been great in their communication with us and gave us advice for things we need to do ourselves. They got rid of our infestation promptly and since we have continued to use them for our ongoing prevention we have not had any more issues. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dan and James came out to my property to investigate a rodent issue and immediately put me at ease with their professionalism and knowledge. They carefully assessed the situation and recommended a treatment plan to resolve the problem effectively. Both were very respectful of my home and took the time to explain the treatment required. They also blocked existing holes and recommended ventilation covers where applicable to help prevent future entry. In addition, they offered a loft clearing and cleaning service, which was very much needed and made a huge difference. I’ve since requested a planned maintenance treatment that’s now in place to monitor and prevent any reoccurrence. I’m extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Infinite Pest Management highly enough. Rich did an absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. He thoroughly checked the house for mice, set up traps and poison, and came back every week to monitor and check everything properly. Thankfully, across four visits, only one mouse was found, which really shows how effective his work was. He also went the extra mile by fitting steel wool both inside and outside the house to block entry points and prevent any future issues. On top of being extremely professional and knowledgeable, Rich is a genuinely friendly and approachable guy who clearly cares about doing the job properly. I can’t thank him enough for the reassurance and results he delivered. Top service all round!
