Called with a rat issue, they were on route to my property within the hour, lovely polite bloke assessed the situation quickly and immediately started treatment, follow up visits to ensure treatment has worked and help prevent this from being an issue in the future! Absolutely amazing service I highly recommend.

I recently had a flea treatment carried out at my home by Infinite pest control and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the moment James arrived he was polite, friendly, and very professional. He took the time to explain the whole process to me step by step, which instantly put me at ease, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work and what to expect afterwards. The job itself was done thoroughly and with great care. The company clearly knows their stuff and you can tell they take pride in doing the job properly. Since the treatment, I’ve noticed a huge improvement, and it feels like such a relief to finally have the problem under control. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. They provide an excellent service, is easy to talk to, and goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. A 5-star experience all round!

From start to finish 10/10 experience. Dan answered call quickly, was knowledgable about my issues and set me at ease. Fitting me in quickly and when I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Jim turned up this morning bang on time and with everything ready, talked me through the process and made sure I was happy and got on with the job. Checked I was happy at the end and told me to call if any problems. Hope I don’t have too but would 100% use again!! Great service from both - thanks :)

Had a problem with rats at my property Called up and the gentleman that answered was super helpful and reassuring. Jim came round to investigate root cause of where they’re getting in. He showed me everywhere they are gaining entry with pictures and the solutions he will be putting in place to eradicate it. Really put my mind at ease. Professional and a fair price. 100% recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! I phoned Infinite at 17:00 and it’s now 20:00 and they have been and gone. We had a wasps nest and they managed to get to us and sort the issue all within 3 hours. That is top quality service and at an unbeatable price. Dan dealt with us over the phone first and was very polite and informative. He told us everything we needed to know on the phone. I said it wasn’t an emergency and could wait but he was more than happy to get our issue sorted on the same day. Jim was the gentlemen who attended our home to carry out the work, he was very polite, professional and confident in his job and sorted our wasps nest with ease. Highly recommend Infinite Pest Management! Would definitely use these guys again without a shadow of a doubt in the future. I will be passing their details onto family and friends.

Fantastic job Dan and James done with our ants issue in the house. Worth every pound spend. Dan was very organised, flexible and quick. James (person who carried out work) was respectful, polite and helpful. We were fighting ants for years (with of the shelf products) with not much luck however this year was the worst and they managed to solve the issue. I have children and dog and followed all advice given so little ones and animal were safe during treatment. James went beyond what he have to do with making sure that ants are gone. Well done and I would recommend that company to anyone.

Brilliant service from these guys can’t fault them. I called the company and within 1 hour James came to my property to survey the issue with rodents which I had. Immediately I was told how many visits were required and the job was set up. 3 visits later I am rodent free and can’t be more grateful. If I could give 6 stars I would Thank you so much

Booked Dan and his team to remove a dead squirrel from our loft. They instantly responded, gave a really reasonable quote and were polite, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Despite some issues with access to the loft they made quick and easy work of locating the carcass and left the room clean and tidy. Will happily recommend to anyone needing pest control or removal services.

Really excellent service. Discovered a wasps nest and within an hour the chaps were out and it was being resolved. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer service. Would absolutely recommend (and will use for any future unwanted visitors)

Absolutely amazing service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Phoned Dan to address a wasp problem in my garden, I was offered same or next day service. I thought I would of had to wait for about a week! When they arrived James was very professional an knew everything and more. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.
