In the last two days they have worked in four of our mobile homes in Howey on the Hills doing maintenance and a townhouse in Clermont diagnosing a leak. Great service, very informative and good price. Will keep using them for all other properties.

So happy we found this company!!! Not only do they have superb customer service they are just super chill and very knowledgeable! They first came out to fix our ac (not cooling) and it started working perfectly. A few days later we realized the heat wasn’t working. We got the warranty the first time and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. The Heat now works! It warmed up super quickly. These are my heaven sent AC angels! I’m only using this company moving forward and I suggest you do as well. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed. I was dressed for the North Pole lol I now had to take off layers. I’m SO happy!!!!! I'm am extremely happy I found Indoor Climate Experts. I was having an issue with an AC noise and John was able to diagnose and fix it in the same day. He also educated me on things about my system and how to get the best out of my system. Also mentioned recommendations from previous HVAC companies and how they had me worried but he assured me that everything was fine and they were scare tactics to get me to buy services. I appreciate his honesty over everything. I like to ask a million questions and he had no problem answering all of them. He was patient, informative and just amazingly helpful overall. John and Nathalie and great. They gave me excellent customer service. They repaired my heater same day. I called them and they showed up within the hour. For today’s economy the price was just right.

We recently needed someone to fix a mini split AC in a workshop. We had two other people out who simply refilled the gas and claimed it as fixed, within a couple of weeks the gas would leak out again and same problem, no heat/no AC. We contacted Indoor Climate Experts one evening and they came the next morning. Within FIVE minutes, the problem was discovered (the line was leaking, not the fittings). We told them upfront that since money was really tight, we would need to know before any repairs were made. We were then asked if we would like them to do it or if we wanted to try to fix it ourselves. They told us what the cost was, and it was very reasonable. We agreed to the fix, and the price and within about forty-five minutes, all the repairs were made. Now, almost a month later, the AC is running better than it has in a long time!

Absolutely thrilled with indoor climate experts in winter haven! Our AC went out in the middle of a brutal florida heat wave and within 2 hours of calling, john was at our door. He quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor, explained everything plainly and had us cooling again in under an hour. Price was fair especially for a same day emergency. Super professional clean work and they even followed up the next day to make sure my system was still running. If you need honest and fast hvac repair in Polk county, these are the guys to call. Our AC went out due to a power surge and we called past 11 pm and we got a call back 20 minutes later and they sent out someone the next morning (they said they could even send someone out same night if we wanted). They tried to fix out 20 year old unit, but due to age and parts being discontinued we had to get a new system but they were able to install a new AC unit the se day they came out for a fair price! Definitely recommend.
