Andrew was fast, efficient, and very obliging when doing our building inspection. Made contact early in the week, and all done by Thursday. We were able to give some insight into a couple of things we had noticed as well. The report was very thorough and contained lots of photos to show what he could see, including the testing results. We would highly recommend using Andrew for any building inspection.
