If you need a tow, this is the company you need! My guy Justin Justin handled my vehicle with care. He even recommended a few good shops to take my vehicle to get fixed! Hopefully I don’t need another tow but if I do, I’m calling these guys!

My Angel, Justin helped me in his cool truck, out of his cool truck, after backing my car between 2 parked cars, in a very small lot, like a BOSS. Got my walker for me, carried my bag, spoke with the repair facility, on my behalf, just AWESOME! He showed up in just 15 minutes, after CROWN TOWING stood me up for almost an hour and LIED to me on the phone, when I called. Claim they never got the work order, never heard of my insurance company, The Hartford and only deal with GEICO insurance. BIG, FAT LIES! Hartford confirmed they got the work order and that's how I got the phone alert with their name and number. I guess my 2.1 mile tow wasn't worth their time and I was inconsequencial. When I called them back and the same LIAR answered the phone "CROWN TOWING", I told him he should answer the phone saying "LYING DIRTBAGS TOWING"!. If I were you, I'd hang my hat on In Route Automotive Towing, and I wish there were more Justins in the world. God bless.

Was locked out my car and he got to me quick and opened my car up in no time. Called a tow company before this one and they didn’t get back to me, he was realistic with his eta and didn’t keep me waiting long.
