NEED HELP WITH COUPLING SYSTEM?
Above is the parts & below is the description.
Coupling system:
1. My air hoses and electrical cable are connected to my tractor suspended on a bungie, connected to my trailer. My air hoses are not ripped torn or frayed and not leaking. My air hoses are connected to my trailer with glad hands, my glad hands are not bent broken or cracked no illegal welds all in once piece. Inside my glad hands I have a rubber seal that’s not ripped or torn, so there are no leaks. Red is emergency blue is for service. I have an electrical cable properly connected to my tractor and trailer, it’s not torn cut or frayed and no exposed wires.
2. My fifth wheel as a whole compartment is not bent broken or cracked no illegal welds all in one piece no major damage. My mounting bolts are all present, no rust or shiny threads that could indicate looseness. My release arm is in the lock position, it locks and unlocks my locking jaws. My locking jaws are embracing my kingpin, both my kingpin and locking jaws are properly greased, my kingpin in welded to my pickup apron, no illegal welds. My skid plate and pick up apron are properly greased and no space between them.
