Charles and Edgar are awesome! They were able to come out the same day I called, and they were at my house the next day that our part came in to fix our dryer. Good as new! I highly recommend them for any in home appliance repair!

Do not trust this company!! I believed the good reviews, but my experience has been horrendous. I originally called to get a heating issue with my dryer diagnosed. That tech did not know how to specifically diagnose the issue, so the solution was to install multiple parts to get a "guaranteed repair". I allowed it, because I was pressed to get the dryer working before the holiday. I was stood up for the allotted appointment time by the first technician, so a second was sent out at 5:30pm. He admitted he lacked the experience in replacing a motor. I listened to screws and clips falling, my dryer cabinet being knocked around, and no less the 5 phone calls out for assistance, or to the girlfriend. To his credit, he managed to get the motor installed, but lost screws and clips in doing so. Fast forward, less than 2 months later, the motor bearing starts going out and the motor is making a horrible noise. I call on a Monday, the tech comes Tuesday and confirms the motor is bad. I was informed it would be 5 to 7 days to get a replacement motor. 9 days later, I reached out to find out where the motor is and I am told by Charles that it is in, and he states that the tech will be out in the morning. I informed them that time would not work, and was ignored. The tech came out when no one was home. I call back when I get the message, and am told again by Charles that they have no time to do it that afternoon. A tech comes out on Friday Feb 13th and installs the "replacement motor". It was immediately obvious it was a bad motor. This was confirmed by two separate techs on that same day. I was told the "boss" would be notified, and I would receive a call when the new replacement was received. That call never came! Messages that I have sent for updates have gone unanswered. So they charged me over $500 for guaranteed repairs, and have failed to even supply all the parts. In my opinion that constitutes fraud. And he asks for cash so he does not have to claim the income. Beware of this company, and take your business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Charles and his crew. I left him a message and he promptly returned my call and were in my home at 9am the next morning. In the past 2 years they have assessed thr problem(s),fixed my dryer, stove, and dishwasher. They were professional and cleaned up after their selves. No fuss, no muss. His prices are very reasonable.

Got an e24 code on my dishwasher indicating a drain problem. I followed troubleshooting instructions in manual by removing and cleaning the filters inside the DW but it didn’t work. I did find some clogging debris - a piece of peel of some sort and a sliver of plastic - that would be matched later. Guillermo came within the hour and after poking around he went to the code-required drainage spout mounted on the top of my kitchen sink. There he found a few pieces of the same debris that I found. Both areas had clogged the drainage. He tested the DW and all seems to be well thus far. I paid for a good lesson to supplement what I learned from the manual. And their service was crazy prompt! I think we got lucky.

Your technician, Edgar, was incredibly skilled, took the time to explain the issue in detail. He and Charles (manager/owner) were very helpful in resolving and getting it repaired as quickly as was possible. We truly couldn't be more grateful and will be a repeat customer! And, definitely recommend In Home Appliance.

In Home Appliance Repair and Service is a great company. I’m new to Rio Rancho and called several companies before them. Unfortunately many companies do not like working on LG appliances. Charles answered promptly asked about my issue and sent a technician within an hour. I have LG appliances and they were able to fix the issue quickly. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know. If you are looking for a quick response with honest work these are your guys. Call them you won’t be disappointed.

Edgar was phenomenal!!! He communicated clearly every step of the way. He even came out on New Years Eve! The work was impeccable! I highly recommend this company! I will call them going forward for all my appliance repair needs!

My technician's name was Edgar and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product. The refrigerator was an older model and it was repaired perfectly. The cost was reasonable, the service is professional, and they worked within my schedule. I am very satisfied with In-Home Appliance repair and I will use them again in the future should the need arise!

This company did a great job of getting my freezer repaired. They scheduled me in quickly enough that everything stayed frozen throughout the repair. The repair definitely saved me the cost of replacing the freezer and even more importantly for me, it saved me all the time and hassle to do that. The fact that it saved several hundreds of dollars in frozen goods made it even more cost efficient.

In Home Appliance Repair was amazing. I called and they came out same day to repair my refrigerator. Charles was so nice and helped work with my home warrantee to get refunded. They were absolutely amazing and fixed me issue and then came back out when the part arrived to replace my refrigerator seal. Great customer service and I highly recommend!
