Do not trust this company!! I believed the good reviews, but my experience has been horrendous. I originally called to get a heating issue with my dryer diagnosed. That tech did not know how to specifically diagnose the issue, so the solution was to install multiple parts to get a "guaranteed repair". I allowed it, because I was pressed to get the dryer working before the holiday. I was stood up for the allotted appointment time by the first technician, so a second was sent out at 5:30pm. He admitted he lacked the experience in replacing a motor. I listened to screws and clips falling, my dryer cabinet being knocked around, and no less the 5 phone calls out for assistance, or to the girlfriend. To his credit, he managed to get the motor installed, but lost screws and clips in doing so. Fast forward, less than 2 months later, the motor bearing starts going out and the motor is making a horrible noise. I call on a Monday, the tech comes Tuesday and confirms the motor is bad. I was informed it would be 5 to 7 days to get a replacement motor. 9 days later, I reached out to find out where the motor is and I am told by Charles that it is in, and he states that the tech will be out in the morning. I informed them that time would not work, and was ignored. The tech came out when no one was home. I call back when I get the message, and am told again by Charles that they have no time to do it that afternoon. A tech comes out on Friday Feb 13th and installs the "replacement motor". It was immediately obvious it was a bad motor. This was confirmed by two separate techs on that same day. I was told the "boss" would be notified, and I would receive a call when the new replacement was received. That call never came! Messages that I have sent for updates have gone unanswered. So they charged me over $500 for guaranteed repairs, and have failed to even supply all the parts. In my opinion that constitutes fraud. And he asks for cash so he does not have to claim the income. Beware of this company, and take your business elsewhere.
