I was referred to IN Electric by a neighbor. I'm so glad I was! Isaac was incredibly responsive, worked with my schedule, and came for a free estimate of work they would perform. He helped me stay within my budget while still helping me complete all projects. The day of the scheduled work Isaac and Nick came prepared to execute the jobs flawlessly. They confirmed with me what they were going to do, they gave me an estimated time frame for completion, and verified quoted pricing. They hid TV cords inside the wall (even when a handyman said it couldn't be done), covered my old face plate, and tested all settings on TV once work was complete to ensure we were good to go. Then they replaced our old patio light with a new fixture while installing a brand new motion detect spotlight to our backyard. They updated our switch to operate both. Again, they tested everything and communicated every step of the way. The following day, when I realized I requested a setting on the spotlight that wasn't going to work for me, they offered to come back..... even though the setting it was on, was my initial request! Nick and Isaac cleaned up everything, asked if I was satisfied, and wrapped up the job efficiently, professionally, and with excellent quality of work. I know they are masters of their commercial jobs, but they were great for my residential job too. Thank you Nick and Isaac!

This company is the best! They did the impossible! We had to have 7 new electric panels put in before our insurance co was going to cancel our policies. They had no time and 115 degree heat to work in. They did it! We are forever greatful!

In Electric were very responsive, completed the work in good time,, did a great job and the price was very reasonable And exactly what was quoted. I will definitely be using them next time I need an electrician. I can definitely recommend In electric!

Isaac and Nick were incredible! They were extremely professional and efficient. In less than three hours they installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 chandeliers, and three outdoor lights. They offered competitive rates and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Isaac was very friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and communicative. He gave me a reasonable quote up front and, even when the job turned out to be significantly more difficult, still kept the cost close to the initial quote. 10 out of 10, would hire again.

72 hours after install we received a threatening text message and voicemail from the owner, Isaac, at 9:00 pm at night on a holiday weekend. He stated that we had not paid the invoice yet and he was going to take us to court and put a lean on our house. We thought there must have been a mistake so we immediately called Isaac back to try and defuse the situation but Isaac was confrontational on the phone. We had every intention to pay in full prior to the Net30 payment terms stated on the invoice, and we did. We had also been responsive to the follow up text received one day after service. However, we had several concerns with their service that we needed a few days to address: 1. We were invoiced more than we were quoted 2. The job wasn’t complete due to a faulty part - we needed the chance to contact the manufacturer 3. They showed up a few hours late for install and stayed until 11:00 pm after being asked to leave by 10:00 pm due to noise ordinance 4. They left a mess of nails and screws from the conduit installed

Excellent customer service. They found time to fit us in their busy day with short notice. They explained everything to us so we understood exactly what the problem was. They fixed the problem so we were safe....and they are very affordable!!

Issac and Nick did a great job on our electrical work. Issac responded the same day to my request and came the same day to quote the work. They installed a couple of fans and they wired and installed outdoor string lights. We highly recommend them and will certainly hire them in the future.
