They immediately reached out to assess my plumbing issue and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived 10 min ahead and called to let me know he was outside and waited patiently while I put my dogs away. He was professional, respectful, and took his time to thoroughly inspect the issue. What I really appreciated was his transparency- he clearly explained the pricing upfront and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that there was minimal mess made in my home, which was greatly appreciated. The technician not only fixed my plumbing issue (clogged kitchen sink) but also took the extra step of cleaning the sink and surrounding areas, leaving everything spotless. I am so grateful to experience such high-quality service at a reasonable price. Nicholas was probably the most thorough and patient contractor I’ve worked with over the last decade. He responded promptly to my request and happily answered all of my questions (which were a lot) and never once made me feel rushed, clearly explained his logic/approach and gave me full confidence in his recommendations as an expert. Last but not least is that he could’ve easily upsold me on services, but after a thorough assessment including my main line, ultimately recommended the least costly approach with some suggestions for future consideration if any problems arise. Overall, I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely use Impressive Drain Cleaning again if I encounter any plumbing issues.
