The team at Impressive Wardrobes from customer service (Rachel) to accounts (Sree) to sales (Isaac), to installation (Jimmy) and to owners (Charles & Joseph), are a well established family run business that pride themselves in providing quality and affordable joinery that always put the customer at the centre of everything they do. I received an amazing service once again, and they not only delivered what I asked for to perfection, but they went above and beyond original designs enhancing the aesthetics without further cost or obligation. Charles in particular was extremely tentative and went out of his way to ensure all my expectations and timelines were met. Hi Everyone that is looking at my review just got Impressive wardrobes team to my job at my place I had Isaac from Impressive Wardrobes to give me a quote. Isaac made me feel welcome when he explained about the design of the wardrobes. Isaac customer service is on a different level. Isaac made sure that everything went smoothly From start to finish. The customer service team is a very professional towards the company name their customer service is another level the team should be proud off yourself. As a customer I was dealing with Joseph his organisation has bring him to where he's now his quality of this workmanship is not questioned. As a customer he made sure that everything went smoothly towards the process of completing the wardrobe thank you.

From quote to install, Impressive Wardrobes were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have a 3m high ceiling in our master bedroom and Wissam provided us with thoughtful, flexible design options to maximize every inch of the space. The installation was completed in half a day by Carlos, whose professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail were flawless. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

We engaged Impressive Wardrobes to install two built-in wardrobes. The initial quoting process was smooth, the consultant was knowledgeable, and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes we received. We were told installation would take two days, but the installer completed the job in half a day. Unfortunately when our wardrobes were installed, the installer incorrectly drilled one of the wardrobes door knobs too close together with little attention to detail. In addition to this issue, they also cut the back of the wardrobes too short. To their credit, Impressive Wardrobes agreed to replace the doors and fix the back of the wardrobes, which was appreciated. At that time, we also raised concerns about the drawers, which were very rough and difficult to slide. When they sent a new installer (to fit the new doors) we were told they had been installed at the wrong width, which made the tracks too tight. However, even after adjustments were made during the second visit, the issue persisted. When we requested a further inspection, a different installer attended. He was initially quick to dismiss our concerns, stating that there’s no issue. After demonstrating the issue to him, he acknowledged that there was indeed a problem and attempted to fix the draws. Now despite having two people come and fix the drawers we are still very unhappy with how the drawers slide. Compared to drawers in our kitchen we had installed by another supplier, the quality is clearly inferior and not what we expected based on the initial consultation and pricing. While we are overall happy with the actual look of the wardrobe doors, the quality and craftsmanship of the internal drawers is disappointing, and we wouldn’t feel confident recommending them based on our experience. [EDIT] Impressive wardrobes promptly contacted me after this review to attempt resolution and offered to upgrade the runners free of charge.

Mauricio, the sales representative, did an excellent job assisting us with ideas and options for a new bookshelf, TV unit, and desk that fitted our budget without compromising on quality. He was very approachable and accommodating regarding the different options and ideas we had. Carlos, an experienced cabinet maker and his assistant James, worked incredibly hard over two days, building the furniture with detailed finish and ensuring everything was clean once the job was completed. Timing and service were excellent.

Great experience from quote to installation. The team was on time, easy to deal with, and gave practical layout and material suggestions within my budget. Quality and attention to detail were excellent, and the price was competitive. Definitely recommend them.

The installation was quite challenging due to the angles and ceiling slopes, but they handled it with great skill and attention to detail.
