I received an amazing service once again, and they not only delivered what I asked for to perfection, but they went above and beyond original designs enhancing the aesthetics without further cost or obligation. Charles in particular was extremely tentative and went out of his way to ensure all my expectations and timelines were met. From booking the consultation to the final install, communication was excellent. Mathew, the design consultant, was courteous, professional, and full of great ideas for our unique attic conversion space. The design and quote he provided was fantastic for our space and very competitive. Simon, the installer, was equally impressive — polite, professional, and meticulous with his work.
